Matt Cockbill is a Partner in the CIO & Technology Officers Practice, based in both London and Birmingham.

Matt specialises in recruiting CIOs and technology transformation leaders across manufacturing, aerospace & defence and industrial markets.

Initially joining Odgers as a founding member of Berwick Partners, he specialises in CIO, CTO and Chief Data Officer and digital leadership appointments. Matt’s early career was spent recruiting senior industry talent into management and technology consulting firms across Europe.
