Emily Loh

Emily joined Odgers in 2018. Since then, she covers research in various industries and levels.

She started her career in Japan in a contingency search firm then challenged in an international household goods moving company as Customer Service Leader and Account Manager, handling major corporate expatriate moves.

Prior to coming to Japan, she was a program manager in a major US computer company handling both domestic and global projects with extensive cross border experience. She had also been with a start-up semiconductor company overseeing the total operation including ISO.

With her exposure, she has a deep understanding of Japan culture and customs. She holds a Master of Science in IT for Business, from the University of Lincoln UK and a bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, from the University of Science in Malaysia and is also an ISO certified internal auditor. As a Malaysian Chinese, she is well versed in English, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay.
