Andrew Refausse

Andrew is a Partner in Odgers' Financial Management Practice, based in London. He focuses specifically on Financial Services.

He is responsible for delivering Finance Director searches spanning Banking, Asset Management and Insurance in the UK. He has over 14 years' of search experience recruiting finance executives in Europe, Asia and North America. In Andrew's previous role, he was personally responsible for establishing a global CFO Practice and was entrusted to partner with the Boards of some of the world's most complex and demanding firms in the UK and the US. Andrew studied Management Studies and Psychology at Leeds University.
