Courtney partners with buy-side clients on leadership and senior individual contributor mandates. Her fundraising and investor relations searches span institutional and retail wealth channels, including Heads of Institutional Distribution, Consultant Relations, Investor Relations, and RIA Sales. Her investment mandates include Chief Investment Officers, Product Specialists and Client Portfolio Managers, Senior Investment Analysts, and Portfolio Managers. She also recruits functional leaders across legal, compliance, marketing, and product.

Previously, Courtney served as an Associate responsible for search execution at a boutique executive search firm specialized in fundraising and investment recruiting for alternative managers.

Courtney began her career as an HR Manager for a Global Telecommunications company.
