Frank Jia

Frank Jia is an Associate based in the Odgers Shanghai office.

Before joining Odgers, Frank worked at another global Tier 1 retained executive search firm in its Shenzhen office, where he was part of the initial group of employees. In that role, he served as a generalist researcher covering a wide range of industries and functions, partnering closely with both multinational and domestic clients.

Prior to his career in executive search, Frank was a Consultant at Willis Towers Watson in Beijing, where he specialised in organisational effectiveness and compensation & benefits, focusing on clients in the technology and internet sectors.

Frank holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of International Relations in Beijing.
