Marta Villechenous

Marta Villechenous is Operations Director at Odgers Spain. She leads the research team, overseeing executive and C-Level search projects across multiple sectors, both nationally and internationally.

She holds a degree in Philosophy and is a Certified Coach by the European School of Coaching. With over 20 years of experience as a headhunter, Marta has led recruitment processes for IBEX 35 companies and multinational corporations in Spain. Throughout her career, she has developed strong expertise in HR consultancy, focusing on talent assessment, development, and identification.

She has been part of the Odgers Spain team since 2016, where she has built a solid track record in board-level and senior executive search, bringing a strategic and impact-driven perspective to her work.

With an analytical mindset and a strong commitment to excellence, Marta combines her humanistic background with a comprehensive view of talent, leading each executive search project with depth and vision.
