Ondria Hart

Ondria is a Senior Research Consultant with Odgers Ireland.

With almost two decades of experience as a researcher in executive search and prospect research, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Ondria’s experience spans a diverse range of sectors, including Financial Services & Fintech, Manufacturing & Industrial, Software & ICTS, Life Sciences and Energy across all c-suite and senior leadership roles.  

Ondria holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a Bachelor of Social Science Honors degree in Criminal Justice, both from the University of Cape Town.
