Magdalena Hipsz

Magda became involved with recruitment after graduation, working in one of the largest international HR consulting companies in the Polish market.

Magda has experience in talent acquisition in the HR, Legal, Banking and Telecoms industries. She worked in internal HR departments in banking and consulting, including the big four. She also gained international experience during two years spent in an American recruitment agency in London.

Currently, she supports clients in the sectors of business services, engineering, industry and energy. Magda is a graduate of MA studies at the SWPS University in Warsaw in the field of social psychology. She is a certified assessor of the Kozminski University course. She is passionate about and has experience in the area of employer branding. Apart from her native Polish, she is fluent in English.
