Dianne is the Group Chief Financial Officer at Odgers, based in London.
She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a wealth of experience across all facets of financial management, accounting, M&A, strategic initiatives, auditing, and commercial partnering. She brings a strong track record of delivering financial leadership and insight across both global corporations and private equity-backed businesses.
Dianne also serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Tusker Direct Ltd, the UK’s leading car benefit provider. In this role, she is responsible for all financial, compliance, and legal matters, and is a key member of the Board and Audit Committee. Her leadership helps steer the company’s strategic direction and ensures robust financial governance.
Her career spans several high-profile organisations, including PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Coca-Cola HBC, J Sainsbury plc, and Aegis Group plc. She also held senior roles at WPP plc, where she was Commercial Director for GroupM EMEA and later EMEA CFO for Mindshare, overseeing financial performance and commercial strategy across the region for major clients such as Unilever, Ford, Jaguar Land Rover, HSBC, Nike, and Nestlé.
After a successful career in blue-chip PLCs, Dianne transitioned into the private equity space. As CFO of SLR Consulting Ltd, a global environmental consultancy, she was instrumental in managing financial reporting to the Board, banks, and shareholders, and played a key role in a successful private equity transaction. She also served on the company’s Board, Executive Team, and Audit Committee, leading the global finance function.
Dianne holds an M.A. (Hons) in Economics & Accounting from the University of Edinburgh.
Outside of her professional life, Dianne is passionate about health and adventure. She practices Ashtanga yoga, enjoys skiing and mountain climbing—having summited Kilimanjaro and trekked to Everest Base Camp - and is a certified scuba diver. She has also completed several marathons and half-marathons, raising funds for charities including Macmillan Cancer Support, Tommy’s Baby Fund, and the British Heart Foundation.
