Andrea Ripani

Andrea is Head of Delivery Australia and oversees integrated project support and research teams nationally, ensuring excellence in the area of search delivery.

Andrea joined Odgers in 2015 and also leads executive research and candidate engagement for senior executive and Board appointments across the Education, Health, and Public Sector practices.

She holds a Bachelor of Business (Economics) degree from Swinburne University.
