Odgers is pleased to announce that Andrew Supiano has joined the firm as a Partner in the Industrial Practice, further enhancing our ability to support clients across Process Industries and Procurement & Supply Chain.
Andrew brings a powerful combination of executive search expertise and real-world operating experience, enabling him to partner closely with boards and senior executives on leadership decisions that drive performance, resilience, and long-term value. He joins Odgers from Russell Reynolds Associates, where he advised organizations on senior executive and board appointments across complex, asset-intensive industries.
What sets Andrew apart is his deep understanding of how leadership decisions translate into operational outcomes. Earlier in his career, he served as a consultant with Deloitte and as a procurement leader at Shell: this firsthand experience gives him a practical, execution-oriented perspective on the leadership capabilities required to navigate supply chain complexity, cost pressure, transformation, and growth.
Andrew began his career as an officer in the United States Army after graduating from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He served in the 75th Ranger Regiment, the Army’s premier large-scale special operations force, completing multiple deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. His military experience continues to shape his disciplined, mission-focused approach to leadership and client service.
“At Odgers, our focus is on helping clients build leadership teams that can perform in dynamic, high-stakes environments,” said Kennon Kincaid, Chief Executive Officer. “Andrew’s blend of operating experience, advisory expertise, and proven leadership makes him a tremendous asset to the executives and boards we serve.”
Andrew works with clients across the United States and globally, partnering with Odgers colleagues to deliver leadership solutions tailored to today’s evolving industrial, procurement, and supply chain challenges.
