Thabang is a Research Associate at Odgers South Africa, where he provides critical support to the consulting team through in-depth market research, talent mapping, and tailored sourcing strategies. His expertise spans across various industries.

Before joining Odgers, Thabang spent nearly seven years with a boutique Executive search firm, leading the research team and contributing actively to various Executive and Board searches.

Preceding this, Thabang spent 4 years as a Knowledge Analyst supporting the research team. During his tenure, he was responsible for providing insights on market movements, structures and new developments, while working with a global team. He was also accountable for the collection and analysis of data and information for internal and external clients.

Thabang began his career at EY as an HR Intern. 

He holds a BTech in Human Resources Management from the University of Johannesburg.
