In his executive career, has held key leadership positions at BCP and Mibanco, and has led high-impact initiatives for organizations such as Alicorp, EsSalud, Gloria, among others.

An Industrial Engineer by profession, he holds an MBA from Centrum PUCP and Maastricht School of Management, the Advanced Management Program, Corporate Governance, Sustainability and Board Specialization from PAD – Universidad de Piura, IESE Business School, and additional executive programs at MIT, INCAE, SIT, among others.

He is also a postgraduate professor at PAD – School of Management and Universidad de Piura, and a columnist for Semana Económica.
