Carlos holds an MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (Chile), a Diploma in Project Management from Universidad de Piura, and a specialisation in Public-Private Partnership Structuring from Universidad del Pacífico (Peru).
An economist from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, he brings over 25 years of professional experience in strategic business management, with a focus on new business development.
He has demonstrated transformational leadership in the management and implementation of large-scale “turnkey” and PPP projects in Peru, Mexico, and Colombia. With a strategic vision, he consistently seeks continuous improvement. He is results-driven leader, always placing people at the center of every initiative.
He served as General Manager of AUNA Group in Mexico (with revenues of US$280MM), and as Regional Project Manager for Peru, Colombia, and Mexico within the same group. He also has experience in the banking sector, having worked at Interbank and Banco Santander.
Currently, he is a member of the Advisor Committee at ODGERS, a professor at ESAN for the Executive Education Program (PEE), and is focused on sharing his experience through a conscious and human leadership style that fosters sustainable business development.
