Adriana Chávez Bellido has led complex processes—creation from scratch, transformation, growth, mergers, acquisitions and sales, crises, turnarounds—in leading financial organisations in Latin America for thirty years. She has a strategic vision focused on planning connected to the business. She was co-founder and CFO of HSBC in Peru and CFO of the Microfinance business line for Credicorp. She is a member of the C-level team responsible for Mibanco's successful turnaround and international expansion.
In his most recent role as leader of strategic and financial planning, strategic and financial progress measurement systems, and the pricing function for all of BCP, he led the transformation of its management model, the objective of which was to accelerate strategy execution by combining agility and efficiency.
