Charlotte Rosendahl Dohm

Charlotte Rosendahl Dohm is a Partner at Odgers’ Copenhagen office, where she focuses on Executive Search for multinational companies, with an emphasis on boards, M&A, and the financial sector across industries.

With more than 30 years of experience from the Big Four, Charlotte has a deep understanding of the finance function within multinational corporations, which she applies in Executive Search for key leadership positions such as Group CFO, CFO, SVP, EVP, and Head of M&A, Head of FP&A, Head of Treasury, Head of Tax, and General Counsel. She is also involved in board evaluations and the composition of boards, including audit committees.

Prior to her current role, Charlotte was a Partner at PwC, where she was responsible for global services (audit, tax, M&A, advisory) for large multinational clients in both Denmark and abroad. She also held internal leadership roles within PwC, focusing on Denmark’s top 100 companies as well as the development and assessment of talent for partnership admission.

Charlotte has particular industry expertise within Big Pharma, foundations (including Private Equity), and professional services from her previous work as a Partner at PwC.
