Joshua Havers

Josh is a Consultant in the UK Industrial Practice specialising in infrastructure, utilities and support services. He leads on work with main contractors, engineering and technical consultancies and support services providers across infrastructure, as well as client-side organisations in energy transmission and distribution, water, transport and nuclear.

Josh typically supports on executive level appointments and long-term talent pipelining for UK, US and Canadian-listed entities as well as privately held companies under a range of ownership structures, from fund-backed to family-owned. He often partners with colleagues in the UK and internationally who bring market-specific expertise in upstream energy/renewables, power generation and defence. His clients include electricity and gas utilities, distribution network operators (DNOs), water and wastewater companies, construction businesses, hard FM providers, engineering design and sustainability consultancies, infrastructure advisors and investment funds. 
 
He began his time at Odgers working in the Government Practice, appointing senior leaders to a wide range of government departments and agencies; and subsequently spent eighteen months on secondment to the Board Practice placing Chairs & NEDs. He has a Masters in International Business with Modern Languages.
