She has a long-standing commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion at the most senior levels of finance, with a proven track record of building balanced executive benches that support sustainable growth, resilience, and long-term value creation.

Julia founded Odgers’ Women in Finance network, now a well-established network of senior finance leaders, through which she convenes board-level discussions on succession, inclusion, advocacy, and the evolving expectations of the modern CFO.

She is fluent in German and English and holds a BA in Literature.
