Zdenka Vitkova

Zdenka brings 20 years of international executive search experience, including 15 years dedicated to Life Sciences, with a particular focus on HealthTech, AI, digital transformation, and investor-backed innovation across the PE and VC ecosystem.

Based in London, she partners closely with scaling and high growth organisations across EMEA advising boards and senior leadership teams on executive hiring strategies, long term talent planning, and organisational growth.

She has deep experience supporting investors throughout the deal lifecycle, from pre investment leadership assessment to post acquisition value creation, and a strong track record of appointing senior, C suite, and board level leaders who accelerate growth and deliver strategic outcomes. Her expertise spans commercial, technology, and product functions, and she is recognised for her consultative, insight led approach. She is particularly passionate about the potential of AI and emerging technologies to transform organisations and fuel innovation.

Prior to joining Odgers, Zdenka spent 12 years at Coulter Partners, a global executive search and leadership development specialist in Life Sciences, Health, and Technology. She began her career with a boutique international executive search firm in Prague before moving to a leading Life Sciences specialist recruitment consultancy in London.

She holds a degree in Media and Communication from Charles University in Prague and a certificate in English proficiency from the University of Cambridge.
