Julia van den Bosch Wazen

Julia advises boards and executive teams on the appointment of finance leaders across ownership structures from FTSE to small-cap businesses, private equity to not-for-profit, family-owned and operated, and purpose-driven institutions, specialising in appointing best-in-class executive talent to their organisations.

She has a deep commitment to- and track record of promoting excellent, diverse, and inclusive leadership teams that drive long-term growth and value. 

Julia founded the CFO Practice’s Women in Finance network, a now well-established community of senior finance leaders, and here regularly convenes board-level conversations on inclusion, succession, advocacy, and the future of the CFO role.

She is fluent in German and English and holds a BA in Literature.
