Lauren Boone

Lauren Boone is an Analyst in the Technology Practice, based in Austin, Texas.

She supports the full executive search lifecycle, partnering with colleagues on research strategy, candidate outreach, reporting, and overall search execution across the technology sector.

Prior to rejoining Odgers, Lauren was a Business Development Manager and Project Coordinator in the Technology Practice at ZRG Partners. She also worked as a UX Designer and Developer. Earlier in her career, Lauren worked in Marketing for the Houston Texans, focusing on College Football, International Soccer, and various Stadium Tours at NRG Stadium.

She holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business and Spanish from Southwestern University, where she competed on the Women’s Golf Team, and a UX/UI Design Certificate from the University of Texas at Austin.
