Jaspar Topham

Jaspar is a Consultant in Odgers’ Global Sports practice, where he focuses on C-suite appointments to teams, leagues, governing bodies, and federations.

Based in London, he specialises in the intersection of sports and private equity, advising GPs and ownership consortia both pre- and post-deal.

Jaspar previously led the Consumer practice at a boutique international advisory firm serving the private equity industry, where he focused on deal origination, due diligence, and search for large-cap funds and their portfolio companies. He began his career in the private equity team at a leading global search firm.

Jaspar is a keen mountaineer and squash player, and a dedicated follower of cricket, F1 and rugby. He holds a degree in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford.
