Ruth brings extensive experience in client relationship management and board-level engagement.
Prior to joining Odgers, she served as Client Excellence Lead at Deloitte, where she worked closely with senior partners and leadership teams to strengthen strategic client relationships and support the development of senior leaders.
She has led high-impact programmes supporting C-Suite and Board executives, including CXO Transition Labs, key client support initiatives, and a firm-wide client feedback programme designed to enhance engagement and performance. Ruth also managed Deloitte’s Boardroom Programme, building a community of over 750 non-executive directors and delivering insights through webinars, panels, and networking events. Additionally, she partnered with the 30% Club to support senior executive women prepare for future board roles.
Her expertise spans client strategy, leadership development, and programme management, with a strong focus on empathy and human connection in every interaction. Ruth is passionate about helping organisations achieve their ambitions through meaningful relationships and tailored solutions.
