Takaaki Kaneko

Takaaki leads Odgers’ Leadership Assessment Services in Tokyo.

He also has extensive experience in executive search for board-level appointments as well as commercial and operational management, covering a wide spectrum of sectors.

Prior to joining Odgers, he ran his own consulting boutique, having developed his executive search skills during his time with a global search firm in Tokyo. He started his career as an investment banker specialising in capital markets and corporate advisory (M&A).

Takaaki has an MSc degree from the London School of Economics and a BA degree from Waseda University. He is accredited in Saville Wave/Aptitude assessments and Hogan Assessments.
