Samiron Ghoshal

Samiron Ghoshal is Senior Advisor & Lead for Technology & Professional Services at Odgers in Delhi NCR.

He has combined 31 years of hands-on industry leadership with the past 3½ years in executive search, where he has served as Senior and Global Partner in Technology, Professional Services and Industrial practices. Since moving into executive search in 2022, he has led CXO and CXO-1 searches worldwide, guiding boards and C-suites on digital strategy, organisation design and succession planning.

Previously, Samiron served as Managing Partner for IBM South Asia; Senior Partner and Member of the Global Technology Board at Ernst & Young; Vice-President at Wipro; and in senior roles at SAP, Rockwell Automation and Tata Steel. He has driven major programmes in the UK, Singapore and the USA.

In his current role, he leverages his operational experience and global perspective to guide boards, executives and investors on talent strategy, executive appointments, ensuring leaders deliver on the required impact and value.

An accomplished professional artist, Samiron has exhibited his work at seven international shows. He holds an MBA in Marketing & Finance from XLRI Jamshedpur, a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Roorkee, a Diploma in Fine/Studio Arts from the National Institute of Fine Arts and a Certificate in Digital Transformation of Enterprises from MIT Sloan School of Management.
