Emi Tomita is a Principal Researcher at Odgers’ Tokyo office.
She has over a decade’s experience in executive search in Japan. As a Principal Researcher, she has widespread experience working on leadership engagements in the technology, digital, FMCG, retail and life sciences sectors.
Prior to joining Odgers, Emi started her career sales and marketing roles at a number of international telecom companies. She also worked at a leading FMCG multinational, where she focused on consumer market insights research as well as leading project teams in Japan and the US.
