Alicia Chea is a Project Manager within the CFO Practice at Odgers Berndtson.
She is responsible for managing and coordinating executive search assignments as well as contributing to all critical aspects of these projects. Beyond search engagements, Alicia oversees strategic initiatives for the practice, such as the annual Rotman CFO Leadership Program with the University of Toronto, the CFO Practice Networking Events, and the annual Autism Cricket Match. She is also actively involved in the design and delivery of the firm’s various People & Culture initiatives.
Alicia joined Odgers in 2021 as a Project Coordinator & Researcher. Prior to this, she was a Human Resources Specialist in the automotive financial services industry, where she led strategic organisational initiatives, data reporting, and managed various HR projects and initiatives. She also has experience as the Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Alicia holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from Toronto Metropolitan University and holds a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. She is based in Toronto.
