Anne Murphy

Anne is the Global Head of Odgers’ Financial Services Practice and a member of the Board Group, based in London.

Anne has oversight of all activities across the sector and works with financial institutions, regulators and government institutions to appoint Board, executive and management committee members.

Prior to joining Odgers in 2008, she spent nine years with two boutique search firms, focused on executive appointments in financial services in Europe, Asia, and the US.

Anne has a BSc in Organisational Psychology and French and an MBA from Bayes Business School. She is an advisory group member for the Financial Services Skills Commission and an active member of our UK and Global DEI Councils.
