Sara Madeira

Sara Madeira is a Consultant at Odgers’ Lisbon office, part of the Executive Search & Advisory team, where she focuses on executive recruitment projects across a range of industries, ensuring alignment between talent and business objectives.

Previously, she worked at Harpoon, a talent boutique, where she led recruitment assignments for middle and senior management positions in several sectors, notably in FMCG, Retail & Distribution, Pharmaceuticals, and Industry & Manufacturing. During this time, she mainly managed projects in Portugal but also contributed to search assignments across multiple European markets.

She holds a master’s degree in management from Nova SBE, and an undergraduate degree in Modern Languages from Nottingham Trent University.
