Rose Vandeleur

Rose is a Partner within the Industrial Practice at Odgers' London office.

Rose specialises in Aerospace, Defence, and Space. She partners with a range of clients across global defence, private equity, cyber defence, the high growth and fast evolving ‘new space’ arena as well as government agencies including MOD. Rose appoints leaders across general, commercial, operational, and technical management.

As a member of Odgers’ Global ADS Practice, Rose spent 18 months on secondment to the US between 2019-2021, based out of Washington D.C.

Rose is building the UK Space Practice. With the advancements in technological innovation, increased flow of private capital in the industry, and global governments’ appetite and interest in space technology, the sector is becoming more accessible and can solve challenges on earth. She helps companies find leaders to commercialise technology and expand internationally. This requires global collaboration with colleagues in US, Canada, Middle East, Australia.

From a military family, Rose has lived worked and studied in multiple European countries. Rose graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a degree in Modern Languages. She speaks French.
