Jens Beck

Jens Beck is a partner at Odgers’ Copenhagen office and specialises in executive search, primarily within consumer and retail, hospitality, and technology sectors.

Jens Beck is a partner at Odgers' office in Copenhagen. He also specialises in high-level positions within sales, marketing/e-commerce, finance, IT, and HR across different industries. Jens is part of the Odgers Global Tech Practice and Consumer Practice. Jens has worked with headhunting for more than 15 years and has thus gained extensive experience with recruitment to senior positions from both international and local companies.

Prior to joining Odgers, Jens was a partner at a Nordic executive search company. He has managed the Copenhagen office of an international consumer and FMCG recruitment company from which he has gained considerable experience with leadership, strategy and organisational development. Furthermore, Jens has been a trusted advisor for executives on strategic decisions and organisational structures concerning commercial and shared services functions. One of Jens’ key focus areas is talent identification in a digital transformation context within the commercial and shared services area.    

Jens holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School.
