Andrew Jenkins

Andy Jenkins is a Partner in Odgers' CIO & Technology Officers Practice, based in London. He advises clients across sectors, with a particular focus on financial services, where he is a trusted adviser on leadership appointments at board and executive level.

Andy has led international mandates across technology, AI, data, digital, cyber security, transformation and operations.

He has successfully appointed C-suite and non-executive leaders across fintech, digital assets, established and challenger banking, insurance, asset and wealth management, payments, and regulation. 

More recently, Andy has led several search and advisory projects supporting private equity investors and portfolio companies seeking value creation from AI, data, and technology-led business transformation, particularly in response to the rapid growth of generative and agentic AI and its implications for operating model change and security.

Andy joined Odgers in 2018 from a leading global executive search firm and holds a Master's degree in Law from St John's College, University of Cambridge.
