Samppa is Partner at Odgers in Helsinki and a member of global Board and CEO practice. He also acts as the Managing Partner of Helsinki office.
Samppa advises clients across industries, with a particular focus on supporting companies through strategic and organisational transformation.
With over a decade of international executive search experience, he brings deep expertise in identifying and assessing senior leadership talent. In recent years, his work has increasingly involved board assessments and enhancing board effectiveness.
Earlier in his career, he worked as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company.
Samppa holds an MSc in Engineering Physics from Aalto University.
