Klára Gajdušková

Klára is a Client Partner in the Prague office of Odgers.

Her areas of expertise include Digital & Technology, Financial Services, Media, Professional Services, Real Estate, and Utilities. Klára has been working in executive search since 2018.

Before this, her career included roles in communications and ESG management. She began her career in financial journalism. Klára holds a degree in Clinical Psychology and Diagnostics. As a psychotherapist, she is trained in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and the Daseins-analytic approach. She is fluent in Czech, English, and Russian, and also speaks Italian. She has been certified by Hogan Assessments.
