Patty Lou

Patty Lou is an Associate at Odgers Greater China, where she focuses on the Industrial, Education and Quasi-Government practices.

She has worked in the executive search industry since 2015 and is experienced in conducting executive search assignments focused on Greater China.
 
Prior to joining Odgers, Patty was a Shanghai- and Hong Kong-based Senior Associate at another executive search firm, where she had a strong track record of senior-level placements in the consumer, education, industrial, quasi-government, and manufacturing sectors. Functionally, Patty focuses on CEO, CFO, Managing Director, General Management, and Director-level positions throughout Asia-Pacific.

Patty obtained an MBA in Media Management from Cardiff University in the UK, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English International Journalism from Tianjin Foreign Studies University and Aston University in Birmingham.
