Karolina is a consultant at Odgers' Warsaw office, where she focuses on recruitment projects for top executive positions.

At Odgers, she focuses on recruiting leadership talent across HR, finance, sales, and operations.

Prior to joining Odgers, she spent more than seven years in Executive Search with a well‑regarded boutique firm, where she successfully led searches for senior management roles in Poland and the wider CEE region.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Law and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from SWPS University.
