Henry Martin

Henry is a Consultant in the Legal & Professional Services Practice, responsible for the delivery of searches across the legal and professional services sphere.

He joined Odgers in 2021 from an established boutique search firm specialising in Business, Professional Services and Technology appointments.
 
In professional services, Henry has delivered searches for major law, accounting (Big Four et al), management consulting and other advisory firms – these include roles in risk and compliance, lateral partner hires, and senior business services leaders.
 
In addition to this, Henry delivers functional General Counsel and Company Secretarial searches across a variety of sectors including senior in-house counsel hires for FTSE and large private businesses and public sector appointments.
 
He holds an MA (Hons) degree from the University of Edinburgh.
