Ami Bhatt Hardy

Ami Bhatt Hardy is a Partner in the Odgers Hong Kong office.

She leads the Consumer & Retail practice across Greater China, which includes the retail, luxury, FMCG and consumer sectors. She also handles senior-level assignments in the sourcing and supply chain sectors and works across other practice areas on senior-level recruitment. Ami has a long-standing career in executive search in the Asia Pacific region, particularly in Hong Kong and China, and has previously worked with two leading international executive search firms and boutique firms. Her experience has included working with clients across various industry sectors, focusing on general management, functional head roles and other leadership positions, and supporting multinational companies and emerging companies looking to establish or grow a presence in Asia.

Ami holds a Master's in Human Resources Management from Birkbeck College, University of London (external program) and a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of East Anglia, UK.  Over the past decade, Ami has been actively involved in teaching and mentoring students in Hong Kong.
