To achieve optimal results, we employ a customized approach for each team, utilizing a number of robust building blocks as a foundation. Depending on the question at hand, we draw from various methodologies such as Lencioni and/or systemic coaching by Peter Hawkins.

In our view, good collaboration starts with insight: insight into oneself, insight into others, and insight into the goal for the team and the organisation. Who are you, who is the other? What does our team look like collectively? And where are we as a team, what challenges do we see, and where do we want to go? In this phase, we implement thorough individual assessments that form the basis for our next building blocks.

Based on these insights, we collectively decide on the next steps, process, and approach. Additionally, we set concrete short-term and long-term development goals with the team. In this way, we strive together for the development of high-performing teams.
