Sergio Vega

Sergio Vega is the Head of Research with Odgers based in the UAE and specialises in Board level and Senior Executive searches within the Middle East.

His search career began with Odgers in 2011.    

Sergio has extensive experience leading international searches with greater emphasis in: Government, Education, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Telecommunications, Consumer and Industrial Sectors. He leads the research team, responsible for the delivery of search mandates across the region, and implements quality improvements to the research function.    

Previously, he advised clients on strategies within a number of global professional services firms. Sergio holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Pompeu Fabra University in Spain.
