Pavla Gloserová

Pavla is a Client Partner at Odgers, based in Prague.

Her experience in Executive Search spans a wide range of sectors, including Private Equity, Financial Services, Energy, Professional Services, Entertainment and Media, and Industry. Before joining Odgers, she served as Head of Research for the local office of a leading global executive search firm.

Her work also includes consulting in talent assessment and management. Prior to becoming a consultant, Pavla worked as an investigative journalist for two major economic newspapers. She holds a degree from the University of Economics in Prague. She has been certified by Hogan Assessments.
