Mary-Katherine Bouchard

Mary-Katherine Bouchard is a Partner within Odgers’ Executive Search Practice.

Focusing on recruitment for national clients, Mary-Katherine works with a wide range of organizations from various sectors, including financial services, retail, technology, and the media industry.

Passionate about connecting great talent with great organizations, Mary-Katherine has more than 15 years of executive search experience, the majority of which with Odgers. She began her career in the television industry as a researcher, scriptwriter, and documentary director, where she contributed to the success of many award-winning documentary productions.

Perfectly bilingual, Mary-Katherine has a Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc.) from the University of Montréal. She also holds a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. Beyond her professional commitments, she volunteers on the Board of Dress for Success Montréal.
