Anna is the Managing Partner at Odgers Ukraine, where she leads executive search projects across the banking, industrial, and legal sectors.
Anna oversees HR consulting projects, which include HR trend analysis, salary reviews, personnel assessment, and the design of individual development plans. Also, she provides career development advice for senior executives.
Prior to Odgers Ukraine, Anna worked as a Head of the Talent Acquisition Department at one of the largest banks in Ukraine. She was responsible for recruitment and adaptation of personnel, implementation of procedures and processes. Moreover, she has experience at leading international law firm as an HR Director and was responsible for recruitment of senior managers, employer brand and corporate culture coordination.
Anna has completed the UCGA Board Direction programme in corporate governance. She has international Hogan Assessment Certification and master's degree in Psychology.
