Johana Kůtová

Johana is a Associate at the Odgers Prague Office.

Johana Kůtová is part of the Odgers Prague team, managing end-to-end executive search processes for Czech and international clients with a focus on C-level and board appointments.

She is an active contributor to cross-border projects within the Odgers network across 32 countries. Alongside search, she oversees the office's marketing and communications, and co-leads CEOx1Day, Odgers' global program, for the Czech Republic. She holds an Ing. degree in Public Administration and Regional Development from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague.
