Brad Belanger

Brad Belanger is Partner and Co-Head of the Financial Services Practice at Odgers.

He brings extensive experience in executive talent strategy and leadership development, having spent more than a decade at RBC in progressively senior Human Resources roles. Most recently, Brad led the Executive Talent function for the bank, overseeing recruitment, coaching, onboarding, and development of its global executive population across all businesses and functions.

Prior to RBC, Brad was a Senior Consultant at a large global talent consulting company, where he coached senior executives through career transitions. Earlier in his career, he spent over ten years as a Consultant with leading global executive search firms, supporting Canadian and U.S. Financial Services clients.

Brad holds an Honours Bachelor of Physical & Health Education and a Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University, as well as a Certificate in Leadership & Performance Coaching from Brown University’s School of Professional Studies.
