Anda is a Principal in the Global Consumer and Industrial Practices at Odgers, based in the Geneva area, in Switzerland.

Anda is a highly experienced, multicultural search professional with two decades of expertise in international executive search, HR consulting and leadership development. She works closely with executive teams to assess their effectiveness, identify organizational needs, and recruit high-calibre leadership talent. 

With her strong track record and extensive network across Central and Eastern Europe, and deep working experience in Switzerland and across Europe, she brings valuable expertise to our clients in the consumer and industrial sectors. She is also a contact point for all Odgers colleagues that have clients with projects in Switzerland.

Anda has lived and worked in Romania, Turkey, France, and Switzerland. She is fluent in English, Romanian, Portuguese, and French, and has a basic understanding of German, Italian and Spanish.
