Jaime Ozores

Jaime Ozores is Managing Partner of Odgers Spain, with more than 20 years of experience as an international headhunter and talent advisor specialising in the search, evaluation, training, and development of executive talent.

He is also an expert in the search for female and male board members as well as in the expansion and internationalisation processes of Spanish and Latin American companies.

He joined Odgers in 2015, prior to that he was Associate Director for Spain and Latin America of an international executive search firm in Madrid and Barcelona for eight years. He began his professional career in commercial management positions in the insurance and e-commerce sectors; he has also been Director of a Human Resources consultancy firm and HR and Expansion Director in a holding company in the hotel, insurance, and real estate sectors. 

He has a degree in Law and a postgraduate degree in Commercial Management and HR Management, specialising in e-commerce and IT law. He teaches in universities and in the best business schools in Spain, Italy and Latin America in different leadership programs and business masters. He is author of numerous articles on leadership and management talent development, as well as a regular contributor to various media.

As a high-performance athlete, he is the captain of the Spanish +40 field hockey team, European Champions in 2019.
