Serge Gommé

Serge Gommé joins Odgers as Partner, bringing over 25 years of experience in executive search and interim management.

He specialises in senior leadership appointments across professional services, private equity (and their portfolio companies), as well as larger Flemish family-owned businesses. 

Serge has successfully led numerous Board, C-suite and senior executive assignments, drawing on a career that combines deep executive search expertise with first-hand business and investment experience. His work with leadership teams and Boards is further strengthened by his background in assessment and talent development at senior level. 

Earlier in his career, Serge held finance roles with leading international organisations such as KPMG, BNP Paribas Fortis and EDS. He then spent 25 years as an equity partner at Hudson, advising clients on executive recruitment and talent management strategies. In addition, he has served on 2 boards of private equity-backed companies and is currently a board member of I3- Holding, a family-owned international technology group. 

A Belgian national, Serge holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp (UFSIA) and an MBA from Marquette University in Milwaukee. He has also completed the Board Effectiveness program at Guberna and he followed numerous advanced courses in talent management.

Serge is a native Dutch speaker and fluent in French, English and German.
