Shannon Cooper

Shannon Cooper is a Principal with Odgers in Toronto, working within the Retail and Consumer Practice.

She has spent over a decade successfully delivering talent solutions to clients across Canada and internationally.

Shannon has been with Odgers since 2011, where she has developed a deep network in a variety of functions with a focus in on marketing, supply chain, operations, and C-Suite. Before that she worked in human resources at a number of organizations, including Sobeys.

Shannon has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Guelph and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College. She is also a Certified Human Resources Professional. Shannon is passionate about hockey and volunteered for six years as a coach in a competitive girls’ league.
