Sergio Costantini

With over 30 years of experience in the financial market, Sergio has held various executive positions in institutions across Brazil, Latin America, the United States, and Europe.

His career began in Corporate Banking, but he has also held numerous other executive roles in various sectors, such as Investment Banking, Product Development, Technology, Operations, and Digital Transformation. He has worked with major institutions including BBVA, ABN Amro, and Santander.

Sergio holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Mauá School of Engineering, a postgraduate degree in Marketing from ESPM, a Master's degree in Business Administration and Finance from FGV, and a certification from the Advanced Management Program at IESE (Barcelona, São Paulo, New York).

Currently, Sérgio serves on the advisory board of six startups focused on the financial sector and is a member of the Brazilian Fintech Association.
